This is because employees take so much time to understand the policies. One of the most important factors that restrict the motivation of the people is poor goal setting. The government wants to make happiness and positivity as the lifestyle of the people at UAE and also implement it at the government sector organizations. This plan aims at developing the policies that incentivize the public and the private sector organization so that employees of the organizations feel happy and motivated to work.
